9世紀における近世ペルシア語の成立以降、アラビア語・イスラーム文化の影響のもと発達したペルシア語文化は、トルコ・イスラーム文化の形成にも影響を与え、イラン、中央アジア、北インドの社会・文化の歴史の中で大きな役割を果たしてきました。本ワークショップは、ユーラシア大陸に展開してゆくペルシア語文化の形成・発展に、13-14世紀モンゴル帝国期が与えた影響に光を当てます。モンゴル支配による異文化接触のインパクトや東西文化交流など、モンゴル帝国の影響はペルシア語文化にどのように反映し、後代に継承される変化をもたらしたのかを明らかにする、最新の研究が発表されます。
